Job Title: Business Development Executive

The Vibe: Since we’re a startup, there’s no corporate red tape here, but that also means you’re going to have to get your hands dirty. You’ll be wearing multiple hats—some days you’re hunting down leads, other days you’re smooth-talking on a discovery call or making sure a current client feels like royalty. If you need a hyper-structured, predictable 9-to-5 where you just push papers, this ain't it. But if you want to actually make an impact, grow with us, and hustle, you're exactly who we're looking for.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing:

  • The Hunt (Lead Gen): You're the tip of the spear. You’ll be scoping out high-intent prospects, scraping the right data, and building a rock-solid pipeline.

  • Outbound & Cold Calling: Sliding into DMs, sending personalized emails, and picking up the phone. You shouldn't sweat the idea of cold outreach—you should thrive on it.

  • Account Management: Once they're in the door, you help keep the vibes immaculate. You'll manage client relationships, making sure they are stoked with our service and finding opportunities to upsell.

  • Startup Hustle: Pitching in where it counts. We’re a lean team, so if something needs doing to move the needle, you’re on it.

What You Need in Your Arsenal:

  • 1-2 Years in the Trenches: You’ve got a couple of years of proven experience specifically in a service-based industry (if you know how to sell design, branding, or tech services, you go to the front of the line).

  • The Receipts: Don't just tell us you can sell; we want to see a proven track record of generating legit leads and closing them.

  • Tool Savvy: You know your way around modern lead gen tools, CRMs, and email sequencers without needing someone to hold your hand.

  • Unapologetic Passion: You actually give a damn about business growth. You love talking to founders, understanding their bottlenecks, and pitching real solutions.
